Pricing and payments

  We'll either syndicate your launch across other sites, or we'll write and list you ourselves. Here's what each costs and what you do.

• What we charge for launches and extras

  Our pricing across paid launches, profile upgrades, reviews, sponsorships and site bundles—all in US dollars, VAT added where due.

• Can we refund your listing payment?

  We don't refund paid listings once they're live, except when we pull them down ourselves. Your legal rights still stand.

• How we handle VAT and where to find invoices

  VAT gets added where it's due. Use a VAT number to avoid it if you're an EU business. Your invoices live in your account.

Your account

• How do I claim my listing and get the Verified badge?

  Take ownership of your listing by proving you control your company's domain. We'll give you the Verified badge.

• How do I change my listing once it's live?

  Edit anything in your listing whenever you want—changes appear straight away, no review needed.

• How do I change my email, switch off notices and delete my account?

  Manage your notifications, update your sign-in address, or ask us to close your account and wipe your data.
