Can we refund your listing payment?
We don't refund paid listings once they're live, except when we pull them down ourselves. Your legal rights still stand.

Money in, stays in
Once you've paid for a listing, it's yours to keep. We don't refund purchases—that's just how we run things. Check the terms if you want the full legal language. That said, your statutory rights aren't going anywhere, whatever we do.
The one time we'll refund you
If our team rejects or removes a paid listing, you get your money back in full. It happens automatically, straight back to whichever payment method you used. We'll also send you a credit note for your records.
If you paid in crypto, we'll need a payout address from you to send the refund through.
When payments get disputed
If someone raises a chargeback or disputes the payment, anything you bought with that order comes down while we sort it out. If we win the dispute, your listing can go back up. Simple as that.
