Get the pings you want, ditch the rest

Control your Zivaro Launch emails, Telegram and Slack—pick what you hear about and how often.

Set it up your way

Head to /account/notifications and pick your poison. For each type of notice, choose where it lands: Email, Telegram or Slack. Then choose your tempo: Instant, Daily digest, Weekly digest or Off.

Telegram and Slack need your own bot or webhook to work. Chat channels can have optional quiet hours if you want to mute the noise at certain times.

The ones you can't skip

We hold back a handful of notices that always come through, no matter what you've set:

  • Receipts and refunds
  • Payment hiccups or disputes
  • Your listing held for your founder profile
  • Listing status changes
  • Missing badge alerts
  • Security stuff: new device sign-ins, email changes

These are the ones that actually matter to your account.

Turn one off quick

Every notice email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you'll stop getting that kind of notice right away. No form-filling, no waiting.

Questions people ask

Can I get notices on Telegram or Slack instead of email?
Yes. At /account/notifications, pick Telegram or Slack for the notices you want. You'll need to set up your own bot or webhook first.
What if I don't want daily emails?
Change the frequency for that notice type to Weekly digest or Off. You can set different schedules for different types of notice.
Will I still get payment and security alerts if I turn most things off?
Yes. Receipts, refunds, payment problems, security notices and a few others are required and can't be turned off.
