How we rank launches and pick the week's winners
The three leaderboards—Community, Billboard, and Domain Rating—and how Launch of the Week badges work.

The three boards
We run three leaderboards so you can browse launches the way that makes sense to you.
Community is pure votes. No money in the equation. Readers come here, look around, and vote for the launches they reckon deserve it. That's the ranking.
Billboard is paid. If you want to surface your launch, you can contribute $5 minimum and your listing climbs the paid ranking. We label it clearly as paid so visitors know the score.
Domain Rating shows launches sorted by their Ahrefs Domain Rating. We display the trend (up, down, or no change) plus the dates we checked and when it last moved.
Launch of the Week
Every week (Monday to Sunday, UTC) we look at votes and pick the top 3 launches. They get a Launch of the Week badge automatically when the week closes. Winners get an email straight away.
It's a small thing, but it's something. And it's all about what readers voted for.
Questions people ask
- Can I pay to get ranked higher in Community?
- No. Community is votes only. If you want a paid ranking spot, that's the Billboard board.
- How often do Domain Rating checks happen?
- We check and update when the rating changes. We show you the dates so you can see when we looked and when it last moved.
- When do Launch of the Week winners find out?
- Right after the week closes (Sunday UTC). You'll get an email if your launch won a badge.
