Faylee is a bug reporting tool that captures the complete context of a problem: screen recordings, console errors, network requests, and the exact steps that led to the bug. All of this is shared as a single link that developers or AI coding agents can use to understand and fix the issue immediately.
The tool works as a Chrome extension and integrates with popular development tools like Linear, Jira, GitHub, Slack, and Sentry. It automatically redacts sensitive information like tokens, cookies, and passwords before upload. Customers and non-technical users can send bug reports through recording links or a website widget without needing the extension.
Faylee's MCP server integration allows coding agents like Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex to directly access the complete bug report, analyze the problem, and propose fixes with comments back on the recording.

Is it safe to use on production and with customer data?
Yes. Tokens, cookies, passwords and card numbers are automatically redacted in the browser before upload. Users can click any part of the page to blur it or mark sensitive elements with data-faylee-mask. Password and card fields are always blurred, and nothing is uploaded until you explicitly share it.
How does it work with Claude Code and other coding agents?
Faylee runs an MCP server that you connect with one command. Then paste a Faylee link into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or OpenCode, and the agent reads the complete report including the video, console, requests and steps, fixes the code, and comments back on the recording.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free covers up to 3 members and 30 recordings a month, kept for 14 days. Team is $15 per member who records per month, and every new workspace can try it free for 14 days, no card needed. Viewers are free on every plan.
Can customers or non-technical teammates send reports?
Yes. Send them a recording link and they record their screen in the browser without an account or the extension. Or add the “Report a bug” widget to your site with one script tag. On a Zendesk or Intercom ticket, the extension makes a link for that ticket, and the recording comes back as a note on it.
