Tools That Don't Upload provides 98 free browser tools for processing files without uploading them to any server. Users can merge, split and convert PDFs; resize, crop and convert images; generate QR codes; trim audio; and more—all running directly in the browser with files staying on the device.
For developers and AI agents, the platform offers a REST API and MCP server that run on Cloudflare Workers. These process requests in memory without storing data. The API supports file operations like PDF merging and text extraction, plus AI tools for translation, summarization and OCR.
The site also hosts related tool collections on four specialized domains covering file and PC tools, design tools, audio tools, and documents and forms. All browser tools are free with no signup required and no daily limits, since processing happens on the user's device.

The browser tools are completely free. You do not need to sign up or create an account, and there is no usage limit on them because processing happens on your device.
What are the free API limits for developers?
Without a key, file APIs allow 20 calls and AI APIs 10 calls per day per IP, reset at 00:00 UTC. A free key includes 1,000 credits per month plus 20 file and 10 AI calls per day. Network APIs require a free key.
How do I connect the MCP server to an AI assistant?

Do you upload my files?
No for the browser tools. Tools on this site under /tools/ and on our tool sites run in your browser, so your files are not sent to our servers. The developer API is different: it processes what you send in Cloudflare Workers memory and does not store it. The privacy policy explains each case.
