Platform that automates complex business processes end-to-end by combining AI, software systems, and people to deliver reliable, auditable outcomes.
The story so far
Homepage of Aguru
Aguru is a business process execution platform designed to automate difficult, high-value workflows that span multiple systems and stakeholders. Rather than applying a single large AI model to entire workflows, Aguru uses small, focused AI models within a deterministic graph, combined with human oversight and automated recovery mechanisms.
The platform identifies valuable Jobs of Work—chains of interdependent tasks that customers would pay to have completed manually—and makes them executable as reliable, repeatable services. It handles real-world complexity including delays, failures, approvals, and multi-stakeholder coordination through four core capabilities: a Job of Work Mapper, an Execution Engine with fault tolerance and auditability, built-in stakeholder management, and an intelligence flywheel that captures execution data to benchmark models and optimise costs.
Aguru works with ISV and brand partners who retain control of their customer relationships and domain expertise. Partners can launch outcome-based paid services under their own brand, with Aguru handling reliable execution. The platform is designed for workflows in regulated or high-stakes domains, such as property management safety certificate renewals, pension tax relief claims, and agricultural grant applications.

Business Process Execution means automating a process from beginning to end until the required outcome is delivered, not just automating individual tasks. Aguru provides the execution environment that makes AI work reliably, connects multiple systems and technologies, and involves people when needed.
What is a Job of Work?
A Job of Work is a chain of interdependent tasks that must be completed to deliver a required business outcome. It can span multiple systems or organizations, involve several stakeholders and run for days, weeks or months. It is the kind of work customers already pay people to complete manually, such as collecting documents, chasing approvals, coordinating third parties, checking evidence, and keeping records up to date.
What happens if the AI gets it wrong?
Aguru assumes that AI will not always be right. The 'Make AI Small Again' approach dramatically reduces the scope for models to make mistakes by using them only for focused tasks they do well. This also makes errors and hallucinations easier to detect and correct. When the system cannot resolve an issue confidently, it escalates to a human.
How long does it take to go live?
The first step is JoW Mapping, which usually takes 2–4 weeks. Once the right Job of Work is agreed, the pilot build typically takes 2–8 weeks. Aguru builds around your existing platform, so you do not need to re-architect your core product before getting started.
