Core is $499 per month for one connected brand, Advanced is $999 per month for one brand with a larger catalogue, and Agency is $1,799 per month for five brands with pooled capacity. Enterprise is priced to your footprint. A yearly plan costs 25% less, paid in advance.
Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?
No. You pay a flat monthly fee for the number of brands and ASINs you run, never a share of your revenue or ad spend.
Do I pay per seat or per marketplace?
There are no seat fees and no fee per marketplace. Every plan includes unlimited users and every module, and a brand counts once however many of its Amazon marketplaces you connect. Marketplaces do count toward your ASINs, because each active ASIN is counted once per marketplace. For example, 60 ASINs sold in one marketplace count as 60, and the same 60 ASINs in five European marketplaces count as 300, which is more than Core includes.
How are ASINs counted?
We count every active ASIN in your catalogue, advertised or not, once per marketplace: an ASIN sold in Germany and the US counts twice. In the app this number is called Data Scope Units. One exception keeps very large ad accounts fair: if you run more than 100 campaigns, ad groups, keywords, targets and product ads per active ASIN, the count is your ad entities divided by 100 instead. For example, 600 active ASINs with 32,000 ad entities count as 600, because 600 is larger than 320.
What happens if I go over my plan?
Going above your plan's ASINs or monitored products never switches anything off: you see your usage in the app, and if you stay above your plan we suggest the plan that fits and agree the change with you first. Connected brands work differently: to connect a brand beyond your plan, you request the larger plan in the app first.
