Perimetery PRO is a network bandwidth control tool for Windows and Linux that lets administrators manage connected devices in real time. It runs on a single host machine and discovers all connected devices automatically, showing live upload and download speeds per device. Administrators can set independent upload and download caps, block devices, and rename them for easier identification, with all changes taking effect within milliseconds and persisting across restarts and IP changes. The product requires no agents on client devices since it operates at the network level, and policies are keyed to MAC addresses. It supports Windows 10 and 11 and Linux today, with a macOS build in development. Managed devices can run any operating system.
