AI Coding Assistants
AI coding agent inside the Godot editor that lets you explore projects, plan changes, and review every modification
Ahrefs Domain Rating set in type 6 Nov 2026, reset 4 Nov 2026.
Open-source MIT-licensed AI coding agent for the Godot game engine that understands your project and keeps you in control of all changes.

Orca is an open-source AI coding agent built into the Godot editor. It understands your scenes, scripts, and resources, providing project-aware context without requiring extensive setup. The plugin operates in two distinct modes: Plan mode for read-only exploration of your project and AI assistance, and Work mode where the AI can prepare changes that you explicitly approve or reject before they're applied to your files.
Oorca supports multiple AI models including OpenAI, Google Gemini, xAI, DeepSeek, and local models through Ollama or LM Studio. Every proposed change is shown as a readable diff that you review and approve individually, ensuring you maintain control of your codebase. The tool can inspect scenes, search GDScript declarations, attach visual references, and run focused workflows with bounded output inspection.
Pricing model: Open source
The Orca plugin is free and MIT licensed. Orca Cloud provides optional managed AI access with Free and paid plans (Starter and Pro); pricing details and included usage are available in the Orca Cloud Console. Local models and self-hosted provider APIs have no Orca fees.
