The story so far

Homepage of Lattice Ops

Lattice Ops is an agentic operations platform built for digital marketing teams to automate their workflows and processes. The platform lets teams create specialized AI agents called "specialists" that carry specific roles and knowledge bases, then combine them into automated workflows that run on a schedule. Knowledge bases stay separate per client or topic and grow as the team works, creating what the platform calls "living RAG" that compounds over time rather than resetting.

The platform connects to existing marketing tools including Google Analytics 4, Search Console, SEMrush, Google Ads, HubSpot, and any service with a webhook. It supports multiple language models from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and Groq, letting teams route different tasks to the most cost-effective model. Advanced features include predictive CRO simulation that generates test hypotheses from a team's own historical data, and media generation for images and video directly within workflows.

Lattice is designed to let marketing agencies take on more clients without hiring more staff. The platform emphasizes transparency with per-run cost tracking, compartmentalized data storage, and the ability to export workflows as JSON and data at any time.

Questions and answers

How long does it take to set up Lattice Ops?

Setup takes minutes, not weeks. You connect the tools you already run on, point Lattice at your first knowledge base, and you are ready to build. After sign-up, a short onboarding walkthrough takes about two minutes, then the Copilot helps you build and you can start from a workflow template straight away.

What is a specialist in Lattice Ops?

A specialist is a focused agent with a role, instructions, and access to specific knowledge bases. Specialists can be used in chat on day one and reused tomorrow, or called from within a workflow later. Most teams have a dozen specialists doing real work before they open the workflow canvas.

How does Lattice Ops protect my data and do you train models on it?

Your knowledge bases are kept compartmentalized and private. Lattice does not use your private data to train shared models. Each workspace is isolated at the database layer, traffic is encrypted in transit, and the platform has no model-training pipeline.

Which tools and platforms does Lattice integrate with?

Lattice plugs into Google Analytics 4, Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, HubSpot, Google Ads, LLM APIs from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and Groq, and any service reachable by webhook including Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Confluence, and others.

Can I export my data from Lattice Ops?

Yes. You can export any details from your account at any time with no limits. You can also export your workflows as JSON to share, template, or version them.
