A private AI workstation that helps engineering teams plan, build, review and test code while keeping source code on your machine. Works as a desktop app
The story so far
Homepage of Atlarix
Atlarix is an AI coding agent made by NorahLabs that works across desktop, terminal, browser and GitHub. It plans, edits, runs and tests code in your projects while keeping your source code private on your machine. Every edit waits for your approval before landing. The agent can search your repository, keep notes on what it learns, verify its own work before returning results, and work on a schedule or trigger through GitHub Actions. It works with any AI model: Atlarix Core models, your own API keys for providers like OpenAI and Anthropic, or fully local models through Ollama and LM Studio. Atlarix Reviewer automatically reviews pull requests on your GitHub repositories. The tool integrates with GitHub, Slack, Jira, Linear and Notion.

Atlarix is an AI coding agent made by NorahLabs available as a desktop app for macOS, Windows and Linux, a CLI for the terminal, a Chrome extension, a pull-request reviewer called Atlarix Reviewer, and a cloud agent that works in GitHub Actions. It plans, edits, runs and reviews code while asking for approval before changing files.
Is Atlarix free?
Yes. Every feature is available on the free plan including Atlarix Auto, your own API keys, and local models. Atlarix Core models are paid for with Pro at $19 per month or with pay-as-you-go credit starting from $10.
Does Atlarix index or upload my code?
No. Atlarix builds no index, no embeddings and no vector store. It searches your folder with ripgrep when needed, and only the file parts a request requires go to the model. With a local model, nothing leaves your machine.
Can I use Atlarix in the terminal?
Yes. The Atlarix CLI is the same agent as the desktop app, sharing its sessions, models, keys and MCP servers. You can install it with curl, PowerShell, Homebrew or npm.
Which AI models does Atlarix work with?
Atlarix works with Atlarix Auto which picks a model for each step, Atlarix Core models, your own API key for providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek and OpenRouter, or local models through Ollama or LM Studio.
