Do you charge per user?
No. Every plan, including Free, has unlimited users and unlimited posts. You pay for features like a custom domain or private boards, not for the number of customers who post, vote, or chat.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. The first time you subscribe to Starter or Professional, you get 14 days free before your first charge.
How do feedback, the roadmap, and the changelog fit together?
They share one list of requests. A customer posts a request on your board, and others vote on it. Mark it Planned or In Progress and it shows up in your public roadmap. Each time the status changes, everyone who posted, voted, or commented gets an email. When you're ready to announce it, Juno drafts the changelog post from the requests you completed.
Do you offer SSO?
Yes. Automatic login, on Starter and Professional, signs customers in to your board when they arrive from your product. Single sign-on, on Professional, has your server sign a JWT that UserJot accepts as the login.
Can I bring my data from Canny or another tool?
Yes. The Canny import brings your boards, posts, votes, comments, and changelog entries. Nolt and ProductRoad have their own imports, and anything else comes in by CSV. If your data doesn't fit any of those, we'll migrate it with you by hand.
