TrustMRR's acquisition flow uses an asset purchase agreement (APA) for the agreed software assets, such as code, domains, and transferable accounts. It is not a share purchase of the seller's legal entity.
Free to browse and add a startup to the verified revenue database. Marketplace listings start at $29 one-time with no monthly subscription. Closing fee is 3% flat, split 50/50 between buyer and seller.
