The story so far
TellMyShop is a module for PrestaShop and a plugin for WordPress that connects your store to Claude or ChatGPT. You write in plain words what needs fixing, and the chat handles it using over 70 store management tools. Every change is previewed before saving, and you can undo any change with one sentence. The product includes Sani, a virtual e-commerce consultant that suggests priorities based on your store data. A database backup is made before the first change each day, and customer data is encrypted and off-limits to the AI unless you explicitly enable access. It works with free Claude or ChatGPT accounts and supports PrestaShop 1.7.8, 8.0+ and 9.0+, plus WordPress 6.5+ with or without WooCommerce.

You can undo every change with one sentence. Before the first change of each day, a backup of the whole database is made, and file copies are created before any file is changed.

It shows you the change and the risk first, and saves after your “yes”. The module accepts only a change that went through such a preview.
