A free web tool that converts swimming times between yards and meters pools using published NCAA conversion factors, with no login or registration required.

Swim Converter is a free web application that converts swimming times between three common course formats: short course yards (SCY), short course meters (SCM), and long course meters (LCM). The tool uses conversion factors published in Appendix C of the NCAA Swimming and Diving Rules Book, matching long-course factors by event and gender and applying short-course factors where appropriate.
Users enter a swim time, select the stroke, distance, applicable NCAA table (men's or women's), and source and target pool courses. The calculator instantly displays the converted time alongside the published factor and conversion route. Results are truncated to one hundredth of a second without rounding. For yard-to-meter conversions, the tool uses the reciprocal of published meter-to-yard factors as a useful estimate.
The converter requires no registration, stores no conversion history, and keeps the applied factor visible to help users understand how results were produced. Converted times are estimates; meet hosts and championship organizers determine which conversions they accept for official qualification.
