Monthly plans are billed each month, yearly plans are billed once a year, and lifetime plans are a one-time purchase with no recurring payments.
Does a plan include AI usage?
Skillhey provides skills and workflows. Any AI agent subscriptions, API usage, or third-party tools you need to run them are paid for separately.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Sign in and open Billing, then select Manage subscription to access the billing portal and manage or cancel your subscription. Lifetime plans have no recurring payments.
What is the refund policy?
You can request a full refund within 3 days of payment by emailing your order ID and email address used for purchase. Approved refunds are processed through Creem to your original payment method.
