msgassistant is a Chrome extension for Etsy sellers that generates customer service replies directly in Etsy's messaging interface. When you open a conversation, you can click an orange button and provide a brief note like "ships Monday" or "offer size 38 instead." The tool creates a complete, personalized reply using the order details Etsy displays, your store's conversation history, and your writing style.

The extension learns your store's policies, products, and communication patterns if you choose to enable store memory. Every reply stays a draft until you edit it and manually press Send in Etsy's reply box—nothing is sent automatically. It handles any language your customer wrote in and can regenerate, shorten, lengthen or fix grammar on drafts. New accounts start with 50 free messages, with paid plans available for higher volumes.
